Information about the service
Home 1000 is a fixed wireless broadband (data-only) service delivered from Digital Soul Australia's own tower network. It requires professional installation of an outdoor antenna at your premises. It is a data service only: it does not include voice calling and cannot be used to call emergency services (Triple Zero 000 or 112). This plan is for residential customers only.
Minimum term: Month-to-month (no fixed term). Optional 12, 24 or 36 month terms reduce the installation fee, as shown below.
Your installation includes a professionally installed outdoor antenna, which remains Digital Soul Australia property and is recovered when your service ends. A pre-configured router is required and is supplied by us from $235.
This service will not work during a power outage unless you have backup power. It cannot be used to call emergency services at any time.
Priority Assistance is not available on this service. If you or someone at your premises may need Priority Assistance for a life-threatening medical condition, you will need a voice service from a provider that offers it (for example Telstra).

- Minimum monthly charge: $59 inc GST (early bird launch price)
- Maximum monthly charge: $79 inc GST (full retail). There are no excess data charges on this plan.
- Unit cost of included data: $0.06 per GB (early bird price ÷ included data)

Other charges
- Service relocation: If you move within our network footprint, we can relocate your service for a $400 relocation fee, subject to service qualification at your new address.
- Late payment fee: $15
- Payment dishonour fee: $15
- Paper bill fee (on request): $3.50
- Card payment surcharge: 1%
You are billed monthly in advance. Billing starts when your service is activated, not when you register.
Included data
1 TB per month. When you use your monthly data allowance, your service is slowed to 2 Mbps for the rest of the billing month. No excess data charges, ever. We notify you when you reach 50%, 85% and 100% of your monthly data allowance.
Offer conditions
- Early bird is a launch price for early registrations, locked in for as long as you stay connected on your plan. Full retail pricing applies to later sign-ups.
- Professional installation is required. The installation fee depends on the term you choose, as shown in the charges table.
- Plans are subject to service qualification at your address. Services are activating across the network; we confirm availability and your connection window before you sign.
Qualifications and other information
- This is a best-effort broadband service. We confirm the typical speeds available at your address before you sign; we do not advertise typical busy-period speeds until they can be substantiated from live network measurements.
- Actual speeds depend on your distance from the tower, terrain, network load, your equipment and in-premises setup. Upload speeds are lower than download speeds on these services.
- On capped plans, once your data allowance is used your service is slowed to 2 Mbps for the rest of the billing month.
- This service does not support voice calls, including calls to emergency services (000/112). Keep a mobile or other service for emergency calls.
