An nbn service bought from us runs on nbn co's network, not ours, so it is not one of the networks listed below and we do not monitor it ourselves. Where we are notified of an outage on nbn co's network that affects our customers, we publish it on this page and contact the customers we can see are affected. nbn co's own network status page and outages register are the authoritative source for that network. How we communicate during an outage on a network we do not own is set out in our Network Outage Communications Policy.
