nbn for business
Business nbn plans on invoice, with every site on one account.
Check the address, pick a plan it can take, and order in a few minutes. Pay by card, or have every site on one monthly invoice. Month to month, no lock in contract.
How it works
The same plans and the same prices as a home. The difference is how you pay and how you run it.
One price list
A business orders the same plans at the same prices as a home. There is no business surcharge. You see the plans your address can take, with their prices, straight after the address check.
Card or invoice
Pay by card a month ahead, or choose Invoice my business monthly. That is one tax invoice a month for every service on the account, issued on the 1st for the month ahead and due in 14 days by bank transfer. We check your ABN against the Australian Business Register, and a new account is credit checked before its first service is ordered. You can give us a purchase order number with your order.
A fixed address if you need one
Services use shared addressing (CGNAT) by default, which suits most offices. If you run cameras, a VPN or anything hosted on site, add a static IPv4 address for $10 a month inc GST when you order.
More than one site
Every site on one account.
It suits a small business with one shop as well as an estate: shops, depots, farm houses, staff housing. Each address is its own order, and they all land on the one account and the one invoice.
You move them, at your pace
Moving a service from another provider takes a few minutes online. You enter the AVC ID from your current provider’s bill or app, accept the agreement, and the old service ends by itself once the transfer completes. Check the old provider’s final bill, because on Fibre to the Premises and nbn Fixed Wireless their account can stay open after the service has moved. There is nothing separate to sign.
You pick the technician visits
Where nbn co needs to visit, you choose the window when you order and you can move it from your account afterwards. An adult needs to be at the site for the visit.
You can see all of it
Track each order step by step, test a line, change a plan, report a fault and see what is owing, all from My Account, without a phone call.
Rather we did it for you? For a larger estate we can place the orders on a date you nominate, on a signed authority. Send us the list through the contact page and we will work it through with you in writing.
Straight answers
What this service is, and what it is not.
This is the standard nbn service, the same one a home gets. It is supplied on a best efforts basis. It carries no service level, no guaranteed restore time and no rebate if it is down, and it will not work in a power failure. We do not offer Priority Assistance; Telstra does. We do not sell nbn satellite.
If your business cannot trade without its connection, talk to us about nbn Enterprise Ethernet instead. It is a different product with service levels, it is quoted per site, and we are glad to price it for you.
For support, raise a request in My Account at any time, or email enquiries@digitalsoulaustralia.com.au.
