Digital Soul Australia

Critical Information Summary

Business Unlimited

Early bird offer

Fear Enterprises Pty Ltd trading as Digital Soul Australia · ABN 91 635 762 711 · All pricing includes GST unless stated otherwise

Information about the service

Business Unlimited is a fixed wireless broadband (data-only) service delivered from Digital Soul Australia's own tower network. It requires professional installation of an outdoor antenna at your premises. It is a data service only: it does not include voice calling and cannot be used to call emergency services (Triple Zero 000 or 112). This plan is for business customers and requires an ABN. It runs on the same fixed wireless network as our home plans, with business-grade priority and support.

Who supplies it. Your contract is with Fear Enterprises Pty Ltd trading as Digital Soul Australia, which owns and operates the network and is responsible to you for supplying this service. There is no wholesale provider in the chain.

Minimum term: Month-to-month (no fixed term). Optional 12, 24 or 36 month terms reduce the installation fee for this plan, as shown below. Longer terms earn bigger installation discounts. The fixed term and recurring billing begin only when the service is activated.

Your installation includes a professionally installed outdoor antenna, which remains Digital Soul Australia property and is recovered when your service ends. You need a router to use the service: bring your own compatible router (any standard router with an Ethernet WAN port), or we can supply a pre-configured router from $299. Our service and support boundary is the Ethernet port of the outdoor antenna; routers we supply are supported by us, and we provide general guidance only for customer-supplied routers.

This service will not work during a power outage unless you have backup power. It cannot be used to call emergency services at any time.

Priority Assistance is not available on this service. If you or someone at your premises may need Priority Assistance for a life-threatening medical condition, you will need a voice service from a provider that offers it (for example Telstra).

Information about pricing

  • Minimum monthly charge: $132 inc GST (early bird launch price)
  • Maximum monthly charge: $165 inc GST (full retail). There are no excess data charges on this plan.
  • Business pricing: $120/mth ex GST (early bird) · $150/mth ex GST (full retail). GST-inclusive figures are shown in the charges table.

24 months$149$3,317$1,4937 months
36 monthsFree$4,752$1,64215 months

*Minimum total cost is the installation fee plus every compulsory monthly charge during the selected minimum term. The month-to-month figure assumes one paid month and no other unavoidable charge. All amounts include GST. This table shows our standard installation fees and the maximum early termination charge for each term on that standard offer. If we have agreed a different installation fee with you, your Order Confirmation states your installation fee, your minimum total cost and your maximum early termination charge, and those figures apply to your service.

Early termination

For a fixed term, the early termination charge is the unrecovered installation subsidy plus the lesser of: (a) 50% of the $132 monthly charge multiplied by the complete months remaining in your term; (b) 6 monthly charges ($792 on this plan); and (c) Digital Soul's documented reasonable estimate of unavoidable loss, after deducting costs saved. The two components cannot recover the same cost. No early termination charge applies before activation, where the presale conditions fail by the Longstop Date, for a major service failure or Digital Soul breach, for misleading or unauthorised selling, where you cancel because of a detrimental change we make, or where a non-excludable legal right applies. Where no installation fee was charged and no installation subsidy is stated in your Order Confirmation, the unrecovered installation subsidy is nil and only the second component applies. Month-to-month has no early termination charge: you can cancel any time and we refund unused amounts paid in advance where required by law. We will give you a written calculation on request before cancellation. Your maximum early termination charge for each term is shown in the table above, or in your Order Confirmation where we have agreed different figures with you.

Price and term changes. If we change a price or another term of this offer in a way that is detrimental to you, we give you at least 30 days written notice explaining the change and your options, the change does not take effect for you during that notice period, and you have a genuine right to cancel before it takes effect without an early termination charge. Included data

Unlimited per month. Unlimited data. Unlimited plans are subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. See digitalsoulaustralia.com.au/aup.

Checking your usage. This is a data only service, so there are no call records. You can ask us at any time for whatever data usage information we hold for your service, by messaging us from My Account at digitalsoulaustralia.com.au/account/support or emailing enquiries@digitalsoulaustralia.com.au. Where our network can measure your service, your service page in My Account also shows the data it has carried today and this month.

Offer conditions

  • Early bird is a single launch offer: the early bird monthly rate is locked while you remain continuously connected on your plan, except for a change in GST or another change required by law that we cannot reasonably absorb. Full retail pricing applies to later sign-ups.
  • Professional installation and service qualification at your address are required. We confirm availability before you sign.
  • Your installation fee, and the pre-configured router if you choose one, are payable by card when you place your order. On terms with a free installation, a $99 refundable booking deposit is payable instead of an installation payment and is credited to your first invoice at activation. Every amount taken before activation is a refundable installation payment or booking deposit: if we cannot complete your installation, or the conditions to supply are not met by the Longstop Date stated in your Order Confirmation, it is refunded in full within 10 business days.
  • Where you order before your area is activated, your written Order Confirmation will state the objective conditions to supply, an estimated activation window and a Longstop Date. We will use reasonable endeavours to meet the window and will tell you promptly about any material change.
  • If the supply conditions are not met by the Longstop Date, you can cancel without charge and any amount you have paid is refunded in full within 10 business days.

Qualifications and other information

  • This is a best-effort broadband service. We confirm the typical speeds available at your address before you sign; we do not advertise typical busy-period speeds until they can be substantiated from live network measurements.
  • Actual speeds depend on your distance from the tower, terrain, network load, your equipment and in-premises setup. Upload speeds are lower than download speeds on these services.
  • On capped plans, once your data allowance is used your service is slowed to 2 Mbps for the rest of the billing month.
  • This service does not support voice calls, including calls to emergency services (000/112). Keep a mobile or other service for emergency calls.
