So Pallamallawa can get on with it.

People out here should be able to run a business, keep the kids learning, see a doctor and stay connected to family without leaving the farm. That is what this network is for.

The tower at Pallamallawa was built to serve its community, and we are carrying that on. We put carrier grade 4G equipment on it and we run the network ourselves, on our own network code, with our own people answering you in writing.

Two plans. Unlimited Home Broadband for the house, and Unlimited Mobile Broadband for the phone, the tablet or the ute. Both unlimited data with no speed cap, both paid monthly in advance with no contract. If you need the signal carried out to the homestead or the sheds, we do that too.

This is a mobile data service supplied on Digital Soul Australia's own mobile network at Pallamallawa, New South Wales. It carries data only. It does not carry voice calls or SMS, and it cannot be used to call emergency services on 000, 112 or 106, at any time. You must keep another means of calling emergency services. If you put this SIM in a mobile phone, the phone will not place an emergency call over our network.

We would rather you knew that first. It also stops if the tower or your router loses power.

On the farm

Carried out to where you work.

Inside our coverage we can take the signal further: to the homestead, into the ute and the tractor, across to the sheds, or onto your property with our own equipment. Quoted for your place.

Homestead Kit

A directional antenna on the house pointed at the tower, with Wi-Fi inside. Installed by us, so the whole homestead gets a strong signal, not just the verandah.

Ute and Tractor Kit

A 4G router with a roof antenna in the vehicle, so the paddocks inside the coverage have Wi-Fi where you are working. Supplied and fitted.

Shed Link

A point to point link from the homestead to the sheds, yards or pump, with Wi-Fi at the far end. Built for the distance on your place.

Property Network Extension

We extend our network onto your property with our own equipment, designed for your place and quoted after a site visit. Ask us.

What you need

The facts before you order.

Your device: Your device needs to do 4G on band 1 (2100 MHz). Most phones, tablets and 4G routers sold in Australia do. For eSIM you need a device with eSIM built in.
Coverage: It works inside the area on our mobile coverage map. The map is predicted outdoor coverage. Indoors and in vehicles it will be weaker. Check your address before you order.
Speed: Speeds vary. You share the cell and our backhaul with everyone else on it, so what you get depends on how busy it is, your device, where you are and what sits between you and the tower. We will publish a typical evening speed once we have 30 days of real measurements from customers, not before.
Data only: Data only. No phone number, no voice calls or SMS. It cannot call 000, 112 or 106 at any time. Keep another way to call emergency services.
Term: Month to month. No contract, no early termination charge. Cancel any time from My Account.
Billing: You pay each month in advance by card. If a payment fails your service pauses until it is paid.

Sign up and we email you a QR code. Scan it with your device and you are on in minutes. A copy sits in My Account. Your device needs eSIM built in. This is for Unlimited Mobile Broadband.

SIM in the post

We post a SIM card to you. On Unlimited Home Broadband it comes already fitted in the router.
